Lake of the Ozarks Top Fall Foliage Report

It’s about that time of the year, so I thought you’d be interested in the Lake of the Ozarks Top Fall Foliage Forecast. The experts are predicting a very colorful fall this year and with our current weather, they are thinking colors will begin bursting the second week of October. Grab your cameras, your coffee cups and tackle boxes – it’s about to be glorious.

With fall closing in, fishing at the lake is getting ready to get awesome soon. The fall crappie and the bass run are already outstanding. And the white bass are coming up and hitting the surface baits. What an opportunity for a great back drop of you holding up a trophy bass with the colorful trees in the background. Fall is my favorite time of year at the lake.

Also, the new interstate is opening this week from the Osage River to the Grand Glaze Bridge. With this fall foliage forecast, vacationers will be coming back to visit in droves. It sure is easy to get distracted by the beautiful foliage, so keep on your toes and be safe.

Come and enjoy.

It’s Always a Beautiful Day at Lake of the Ozarks!
